Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required on all Whisk’R Fish’N guide bookings. These deposits are non-refundable.

 

We understand that from time to time, things happens but this is our livelihood and we pay the bills by keeping the boats full and on the water. Cancellations must be made 15 days before the date of the trip. When you cancel with at least 15 days notice we will hold the deposit and apply it to another date in the same calendar year.

 

If you have to cancel a trip with less than 15 days’ notice the deposit is forfeited.

 

If you cancel less than 72 hours before your fishing trip start time or don’t show up for your fishing trip at the booked date and time, the total fee is $400 for weekdays ($100 deposit plus an additional $300 charge). Your card will be charged $300 in addition to the initial $100 deposit for weekdays.

 

Deposits are non-refundable unless your trip is canceled by Lake Tawakoni Whisk’R Fish’N Guide Service. Decisions on canceling due to weather are at the decision of Whisk’R Fish’N Guide Service. If it is safe to fish, we will fish, this includes the weather being cold, slight rain chances, wind, etc, we’ll fish! We want everyone to be comfortable and have a good time but cancellations due to weather are 100% our decision. If it’s unsafe we will cancel otherwise we’ll fish and these decisions are at our decision.
